Hey, look, it's me . . . Dave Schlosser, a.k.a. Slosh.

I'm living in Grand Junction, Colorado and I've been here since 1982. In 1989, I went from being an atheist to one of Jehovah's Witnesses (took 3 1/2 years of studying the Bible for that change to occur). Who woulda thunk it, eh? (Click here for information about Jehovah's Witnesses.)

I've been doing land surveying work for the last 20 or 21 years and stay in touch with practically no one. I'm relatively old (62 . . . I think that qualifies as beyond relatively), and relatively fat, and relatively poor . . . no, wait, that's not true, I'm poor by any standard of monetary success. I'm also tired . . . and grumpy . . . and opinionated. I have a questionable sense of humor, and when trying to use it, I tend to be a tad sarcastic, sadistic, and bent. I am, however, quite attractive, contrary to what you see in the pictures of me on these pages.

SmugMug is a great site for viewing photos, and I hope you enjoy what I have displayed here. Click on any photo for a larger version. You have control over photo size, from very small to huge, so you can view according to your internet connection speed. Also check out the different viewing styles that are available. I recommend using the "SmugMug" Style, but if you're in a hurry, try using "All Thumbs." Be sure to check out the "map this!" feature, which links a map &/or satellite image to a particular picture.

This is going to be an ongoing thing, and I'll be continuing to add pictures, so feel free to stop back any time. You just might find yourself in one of the photos.
