My Wife and Children....
During my first year of college, I began dating a girl I knew from high school, but never dated. Her name was Rita Wierenga and we got married on June 7, 1969. It wasn't long before we had two sons, Christopher Sean and David Warren. It also wasn't long before I began a lifestyle, while attending a commercial design school, that took precedence over my being a husband and father. Because of my immaturity, irresponsibilty, self-absorbtion, and increasing drug use, I left my wife and two sons to become a "free spirit." I have regretted that selfish decision ever since.
